We are having some strange weather. A hot wind was blowing outside before it was light out. It's 67 degrees out there. J.D. went out walking by himself. I don't like it when he walks by himself in the dark. I was just dressed and putting on my shoes when he came back.

I opened all the windows and let the hot winds in :)

It's supposed to (if we're very lucky) snow on Christmas Eve, and then we are supposed to have a high of 31 degrees on Christmas. So, I'll air out the house while I can.

J.D. was a purry kitty last night and this morning. He got FF Savory Salmon which is a treat for him as he doesn't get fishy flavors much anymore. He ate 3/4 of the can and only saved 1/4 for Ginger.

Question: He did have a sneezing fit while in the litter box this morning. I think I read somewhere that Lysine is not good for cats with kidney issues. Does anyone know if that's true? Anyway, I've never given it to either of my cats.

A nice sunny start for J.D. this morning. I hope he slides down to blue today. We're having strange weather too. 75 yesterday. Thunderstorms last night. It is supposed to be a high of 29 on Tuesday.

I don't know anything about the Lysine.

Hi Dyana, what funny weather you are having there!
Yes, I've read that Lysine is not for good for kidney function impaired. I'm always careful with the use of that.

Hi Dyana! No, no Rosy's condo today. It's near mid-night already & I'm already in bed. That silly girl is still dancing up & down with her sugar figure recently :o
Today is Winter Solstice, our Chinese celebration day for a family reunion dinner. Hope to talk to you soon.

Good morning Dyana! We seen on tv today that your region is getting unseasonably warm weather. How wonderful! But yes, snow for Christmas is hoped for :-D How nice for JD to have a special treat today. I have to get Twice off of the fishies and also onto a higher fat...gotta do some homework on that. I would like to get all the kitties off ff as their predominant meal, but everything else is so darn pricey considering the amount of cans I go through a month :roll:

Crazy weather! I try to stay away from the fishy stuff too, but it is everyone's favorite. And some of the fish foods have lower phos than turkey! Go figure.

Very nice numbers for J.D., and how cute on him taking off by himself - Iz a big boy momma, don't worry :smile: He knew to come back for you and Ginger.

J.D. ate a bunch of MC during the +5 hour. At +6 I didn't feed him, and at +6.75 he ate some Friskies Turkey & Giblets Pate.

Sending Vines to Champ to make it. Lilies are extremely dangerous to cats. I used to bring them home as my favorite cut flower, but I don't dare anymore. I wish they would put a red warning label "Dangerous to Cats" on lilies at the store.

J.D. decided that he might as well go scuba diving since it's so warm. :shock: on both counts.

Wow on J.D. today :shock: :shock: He's keeping you busy! I hope he's surfing for you now, Dyana! I'm glad that Champ is home. I'm too paranoid to buy any plants or flowers at all anymore after some of the stories I read, I guess the fake ones will have to do ;-)
