12/22 Billo AMPS 228, +2 183, +6 158, +10 284 - dose increase?

Billo has been showing really nice numbers today, and she has been feeling well. No signs of nausea, just cuddles, naps and shenanigans. This is the 8th cycle on 1.0u, I'm thinking to increase to 1.25 at PMPS, let me know what you guys think!

Ondansetron needs to be given 2-3 times a day. For Max every 12 hours worked. I’d try it and see if the vomiting stops. Cerenia lasts 24 hours.

Sounds good! I'll start giving her Ondansetron twice a day. The vet prescribed 1.5mL, does that sound okay?

Hi, I can't help with the Ondansetron, but since you saw green on this dose, you hold it 10 cycles before you increase. Tonight would be the 9th cycle. You would increase tomorrow night if you don't see green again by then.

LOL! Yay for cuddles and naps, and double yay for shenanigans. Glad she is feeling better today.
Your ondansetron is a liquid? I'm also not sure about doses for a liquid. The first vet that prescribed ondansetron did not prescribe Butters a high enough dose, and that was 1mg q12. Definitely not enough. I believe dosing is based on weight.
