I found poop and vomit in the basement stairs. There were bright red lines in the poop, but it's very dry, so I don't think it's blood. And white and red pieces in the vomit. My son says he broke a candy cane a few days ago, I wonder if she ate some of that. She seems fine and eats normally, so I should not worry?
 
I’ve read that cats aren’t able to taste sugar so surprised she ate it. But it’s probably better that it came back up. Artificial sugar would be concerning. Sounds like she is ok though. I don’t think she can be told what to do. She is just too cute!!!! :bighug:
 
I'm not sure it was that, but there were pieces white and red, I was even afraid she might have lost a tooth. she ate a piece of string once, but she usually does not eat stuff off the florr, other than cheese. Who knows!
 
It’s pieces of her raw food. She’s eating lamb and I noticed tonight that there are small hard white pieces in there. Probably the red color is from the darker meat as well.
