Morning!!Got a poo this morning & was so happy (none yesterday) Also Nice Yellow & blue numbers today :thumbup flip_cat
Day started about 6 when I saw her on the LR couch looking pekid..She didnt look so good..Then about 2 hrs later, shot time--There was a POO in the LB!! I had given her the lactolose a little late last night, but she gave it over this am instead :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen: Great Gifts to me ;-)
She got a dose crease to a reg 0.1U and a drop more yesterday as she was high last night--
Definitely not a Moonie number!! So she got a dosecrease!

Prednisolone raises their BG so I am adjusting her insulin accordingly--Then today she was Nice so far--
Only thing, she isnt eating cat food enough but will eat chicken, chopped meat or turkey, and some temptations..So off to the store I go searching for cat flavors!! And a nutritional supplement.
Vet will be calling me today or tonite, so we can discuss...
Also doing so xmas shopping, with a Very limited budget, but it is the thought..
Starting My SS again, as I have been so lax this year--Have a beautiful end of the world day :roll:

I'm picturing a litter box with a little poo wrapped up in a tiny red bow :lol: So glad she's moving things along! Have fun shopping - it is, indeed, the thought that counts!

Morning guys, so happy things are turning around and we got a poo!!!! Good luck adjusting the insulin I am sure you will get Moonie just right. It is so nice to see you in better spirits! Have fun Christmas shopping, a lot of times you can find the cutest things on a limited budget and you are right it is the thought that counts. Have a very happy Fursday and hope the light continues to shine on you and Moonie!

Hi guys .. yes!!! We love hearing things are moving along nicely! I hope she gives you some nice numbers so you can get out and do your shopping .. And do not stress on your budget, it IS the thought that counts and I know more then anything, those people on your list are more happy to have you guys in their lives, then something wrapped up under the tree (((hugs))) Have a great day and since I won't be around much next week, Merry Christmas!!

Roni, we love your condo today and yay on the Poo! Mags also had one, too! I'd say the Lactulose is Moonie's magic potion for the poo. Have a great day finishing up the shopping. I'm not finished either yet! Have a wonderful day and lots of hugs and scritches to Moonie and you.

So glad that the poo issues seem to be working itself out (pun intended) :lol:

To bad the pred raises bg's! That was one of the reasons why they wanted me to take Ralphie off...his bg's when he was at the vet was close to 300...however, at home he was within normal range...Ralphie is my civvie. I told them it was stress, they wouldn't believe me....sigh...but I did finally wean him off and he doesn't seem to be doing to bad with the added supplements for his hips.

Detective Poo is very busy this morning! First Maggie and now Moonie. Yay!!! Have you tried coconut oil to put some weight on Moonie? Marje swears by it and says it helped Gus. We have a jar but haven't opened it yet. I think we fear rejection. :roll: :lol:

Yay for Poo! Dyana was just saing she was happy to receive some too today...LMHO....we are all so thankful for things like a clean snack bowl and some poops....LOL :lol:

I'm so glad M;oonie had a poo. Racci had one today too thankfully! It must be a good poo day! Everyone seems to have had one! YaaaaaaaaY!!!!!

Yay on the poo and the lower numbers for Moonie. I hope you can find some food she'll want to eat.
 
I'm sitting here with my mom and sister trying to explain how exciting poo is...I think they think I'm crazy! Oh well, what's new! YAY, YAY, YAY for Poo! Have a great night!
 
Evening LL! Moonie was really hungry later today.fed her boars head turkey!!!.Spoke to vet, he called & said Moonie is doing well, keep up the lactulose, and to try feeding her other flavors, & try to include some tuna(2X wk) for some nutrition,turkey, chicken & beef...he said with these numbers she is doing well & I am doing a good job--Any nutritional info greatly appreciated!
Hey remember when you were a newbie & I kept telling you all you were doing a good job??
Now the vet is telling it to me & Ya Know it does make me feel better!! ;-) :-D
So i bought out the supermarket, chick cutlets, chopped turkey & beef, tuna, and a turkey..
Also got her Whisper Lickins treats because they are soft--she seems to like soft things now..

Went out for dinner to Greek place that really looks like Greece, & had a lobster Yumm--Felt good to go out to dinner again, it's been almost 2 mths!!!--Life returns to us..Hope she comes down tonite some..
 
Hooray for a good day for Moonie and, especially, for you, Roni! It's great that you and Brad went out to dinner, went Xmas shopping and yummy food shopping. And you know what? You're doing a great job!!
