Yesterday's Condo

Another lovely surf for Ms. Gabby! She didn't want to get out of bed this morning and preferred to cuddle. I can't say I wanted to get up either especially since it meant leaving her while she was curled up with me. However, she quickly realized that I was in the kitchen making her breakfast and even if it was dark out, food wins!

Food (almost) always wins, doesn't it? :lol: It's so hard to roll out of bed and disturb them for TFS when they're all soft and warm and snuggled up next to you. cat_pet_icon DH usually does TFS for Eddie and there are some mornings when Eddie would rather not get out of bed. He gets his test, gets fed, and races back to the bedroom and curls up next to me while DH follows after him with the syringe. There have been times when Eddie's received his shot while curled up next to me in bed. :smile:

In my opinion, extra kitty snuggles is the ONLY benefit to cold weather. Wait, well I don't miss the bugs, either. Ok, two things :lol: Stay safe and warm up there!

Gabby has been all snuggles today. I don't know if it's because it's the solstice (and thank goodness the days will be getting longer -- it's pitch black out when I get up in the AM), it's the cold weather, or Gabby knows I will save her from being pestered by Gizmo. Gizmo, OTOH, has been standing in the middle of the living room talking and listening to his echo! He is just so silly. I periodically send a photo to his breeder. She commented that he looks like a big hunk.He really does. I refer to him as my little line backer.
