what a difference a year makes. for all of you that have helped on baileys journey, I cant tell you the difference. this time last year he was so very poorly. I was hand feeding, having to take the water bowl to his face as he hadn't the energy to get up.no playing just sad eyes. I cannot believe my little rascal has made it through. yes hes got FD but its just abit of a pain in the neck, and maybe his ears :roll: but hes well and his numbers reflect that! were currently at 6u down from 9.5 in 3 months. and hes playing like all the time,into everything! already found and opened his xmas present but I wouldn't have it any other way! cat_pet_icon

ive learnt so much on here, to keep my boy safe and now well. I don't know what idve done without you all

Great report! That's all we really ever want for our kitties right?! - feeling better. Everything else we'll figure out so long as they feel better.

Anna, you've done a fantastic job with Bailey and it's really showing. :thumbup I see greens lately and short bounces. And best of all is how he's feeling and playing. Having a higher dose kitty is a harder job, but you've handled it well.

Merry Christmas Bailey and Anna!

It sure is better around here this year too...Last year we were still getting some pretty wonky numbers, we were still trying to figure out what level of care my mom was going to continue to need (she'd had bypass surgery on her 84th birthday)..and it was REALLY cold too! Last winter at this time, we were in the deep freeze here in the US courtesy of the "Polar Vortex"

This year China's in nice normal numbers almost all the time, mom's living on her own in her own little apartment, and other than no sunshine for over 15 days now, the weather has really been pretty darn good.....can't really ask for too much more

I'm so happy for you and Bailey....Hope you both have a wonderful Christmas holiday and the new year brings even better numbers for Bailey!

This great news! Bailey, from doing so poorly to doing so well, that's awesome! Good job. Such an inspiration to all of us newbies! Wearing "Patience Pants" really pays off!

Sometimes we get so fixated on remission that we don't step back to enjoy how well our furbabies are doing in spite of FD. Thanks for reminding all of us to take a look back to see how far we've come.
