Ugly yesterday

As requested by his auntie Josie, Zener came down overnight. And down. And down. Looks like it was an all night slide from the ugly red into the beautiful green lagoon this morning. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: I gave him enough cypro this morning to insure a happy appy. I seem to have gotten it about right, enough to eat well but not frantic for food. Phew.

OT: Tillie is eating well too. We have tried twice to decrease her prednisolone to 0.6 ml and both times her appy flagged. So she is on 0.7 ml for now. We got about 6" of snow this morning so I've been working on that. The snowblower started up on the first pull! :-D :-D :-D Last time it took the electric starter and about 30 tries. Anne is off to tai chi class. No worries about the roads as she has a Jeep Wrangler. I'm back to feeding the ferals next week. My friend caught the mother and got her fixed yesterday. Yay! :-D :-D Now to catch the babies and maybe the dad.

Thinking of ailing kitties and beans and sending comfort vines to grieving beans. It's hard to lose our babies which just means they are well loved. Paws crossed for Twice's OTJ trial. :mrgreen: :mrgreen: Have a great Friday, LL!

What a great report on Zener and Tillie. I hope Zener keeps surfing today. I hope the rest of the ferals can be caught.

Beautiful slide last night Zener! :mrgreen: :mrgreen: No need to slide all the way back up, blue is good too. Hurrah for happy appy x 2! :-D :-D

Best of luck to your friend on catching the ferals. My aunt had one feral cat and a few kittens in her shed and ended up with 18 before they all got spayed/neutered. :shock:

Nice slide last night Zener! I'm liking the numbers today too. :cool: I am very proud of you, and your appy. Keep those good things coming.

It must be a day for Snowfall. Even us, who rarely see it the lowlands, got an inch or two.How fun to be able to go out and play in it today. WOW on your 6", even better that the snow blower came to life on the first try. :lol:

Good job with the ferals. I think is is great your guys are making he effort.

Such good news on getting mama feral fixed. Good luck with kits and dad! What a wonderful difference you are making :-D

Nice day for the kitties here...just a wee bit of a bounce for Z. I'm glad med portions have been figured out to ensure happy appies across the board! Wonderful that the MamaFeral has been fixed...I hope the rest of the crowd gets rounded up, too. As much as we all love kitties, it so breaks my heart that there are not enough warm, safe homes for all of them....
