Busy and sad day in Pollywood. Everyone at my house is doing well, but a good friend is sending her little Wilderness Poodle (a hiker, a tussler, an all around up-for-anything kind of boy) on his next great adventure probably late this afternoon. One last hike sometime midday with his pack of dog buddies and the people who love him.

Guests for an early Christmas gathering tonight here at the house. Gifts to scrounge, a house to clean, and an easy dinner to prepare. Oh, and a couple of cards to get in the mail.

Polly, I don't like your numbers right now, but honest, kiddo, today's an ok day to float a little high...just not too high, k?

How kind of Polly to avoid BG drama on this day of transition for your friend's dear drooler. Wishing the intrepid wilderness drooler a safe journey and soft landing at the bridge where so many of our beloved ones will be waiting to give a rousing greeting.
