J.D. woke me up to test that +4.75, and I meant to get up and test again an hour after the +5.75 but did not hear the alarm
J.D. ate plenty last night. He ate his usual 1st Dinner of 1/4 can of FF and his 2nd Dinner of 1/4 can of FF, and then ate 1/6 can of FF at +4.75, at +5.75, and at +7.75, so got another 1/2 can in him.
I gave him his Denamarin at +11.75 this morning, and he threw up bile right before AMPS (even though I gave him his Pepcid last night), so sometimes I'm not sure how much of the Denamarin he gets, but I have yet to see the pill, so somehow it gets down into the stomach pretty fast.
J.D. wanted to go outside right after he threw up, and I made him wait to get tested and fed. I was surprised his AMPS was lower than his +11.5. He ate a few bites while Ginger finished all her food and started on his, because he left his bowl and was again begging to go outside. I let him out and a few minutes later went to check on him and sure enough he had left the deck, and was barely visible in the darkness, down by the wooded area. So, I had to put on my slippers and coat and go outside to call him in. It's one thing for Ginger to be out there as she can run and climb trees if something was lurking in the woods in the darkness, but J.D. is slow and doesn't climb trees anymore.
Once J.D. was inside, he most of his 1st Breffis and is now reclining on the couch.
I have to get ready for work and our Company Christmas Party today, then after that it's 5 lovely days off with nothing to do (all of my vacations are spent doing things and visiting, and to have a mini vacation with nothing to do, is precious to me).
I hope everyone has a good day, and my thoughts are with Noni and Aseel today.
