Both of Eddie's cycles were pretty much flat yesterday, which was kind of interesting. Today, he started off nicely with an AMPS of 123 and he had a nice cycle leading into a PMPS of 118. Looks like he's going to have a lovely cycle tonight as well.
A month ago, I thought we'd never see Eddie flatten out like this, and it's really heartening. While it should be satisfying to see him looking as good as he does, and maybe we should sit back and let him do his thing, of course, we find ourselves trying to figure out how to bring down the pre-shot numbers a little bit more. We are consistently doing a +9 snack and have been for about a week or so. Either the +9 snack is working and is helping him stay flat through (mostly) through the next pre-shot, or it's bringing him down a little bit, or he's double dipping most cycles.
We finished up Christmas shopping today and it was more or less painless even with a trip to the Edina Southdale Mall which was a zoo. We also picked up a truckload of cat food at Chuck & Dons. The kitties got some new toys too, including a new feather wand. Eddie loves it and has played feather wand twice today already. Unfortunately, one of his civilian siblings thinks the feather wand is terrifying and goes into hiding when it comes out. :roll:
