It was a quieter day in L&LL but a few kitties still gave their beans a run for catnip for sure.
Doodles 12/19 Reduction
Doodles slid into a reduction yesterday and all 5 P's are good. It's funny how much preening he's been doing lately. At first I thought...oh geez, does he have a skin allergy or is this normal and he just felt so crappy for a long time he didn't even bother. Putting my paranoia behind, I'm going with the latter of the two.

Sending vines for all in need and it's Sunday kitties so be good to the beans today.

Nice start for Doodles:D
Pimp has been preening a lot more the last few days that he's been in greens. Hairball every other day right now :rolleyes:

Enjoy your Sunday:coffee::coffee:

That +8 is a barely blue, still normal numbers. :cool:

If Neko is in higher numbers, I can tell she's come down into blues because she starts grooming then.

How long did it take you to get the allergy test results back? I'm wondering if I should be doing something like that for my civie.

I believe it was 2.5 weeks from when I mailed it. You have to take it for a grain of salt but one thing...he does do best on beef. When I got the results and saw the pork on the NO list I really started cutting back on the YAZC even more (it's the primary protein in the food) and now it's gone completely! I've mentioned before, the test it's non-invasive and have spent $90 on much worse and do feel it gave me some additional insight. Actually thinking about getting it done for Moo even though knock on wood she came back with a great health report a month ago.

I did allergy testing for one of my civvies a few years ago. Hers was a blood test and it took a couple of weeks as well. It was done through ACTT Testing and Treatment (https://www.acttallergy.com/petowner/) and the results really helped. I didn't want to put her on one of the crappy hypoallergenic "prescription" diets and this test not only came with a list of things that she was allergic to, but it also contained a list of approved foods that didn't have those ingredients. It made all the difference for her! Mia was allergic to lots of things, both to common ingredients like corn, lamb and beef, but also to some rather unusual ones (e.g. berries and green beans).

Lol on the pruning although it's not a completely inappropriate description! You'd better get the brush out if you don't want to find yourself walking through a hairball ;)

I may try that too. The immuneIQ did list veggies/ fruits etc. I pick the peas out of the NV Instinct! Thanks for making that note!
