Good morning LL,

Miss Bailey surfed the greens last night. I meant to get a +4 but apparently I slapped the alarm clock and went right back to sleep. ohmygod_smile Hopefully this is not the beginning of another bounce... we shall see.

Blah, it is only Tuesday and I am ready for the weekend, not good. I think I need some time off. Not gonna happen anytime soon though! Oh well, I need to just snap out of it, no point in being in a crappy mood, right? I hope you are all having a better day!

It's easy to get grumpy this time of year, at least for me. So much to do and we never really stop and enjoy it.

Yay on green surfing! Boo on the blah it's only Tuesday, bah humbugs! Cheer up it's already tuesday. You only have to do this tomorrow, then the next day, and the next day... Oh my, now I'm depressed!

I bet this week has the highest numbers of crappy moods in the calendar year, so you're not alone. The only reason we remain stress-free and positive is that we don't celebrate Christmas: no shopping, no presents, no family visits, and no special food.

Be of good cheer, Melissa, the weekend isn't far away, and Bailey is doing well because you're taking such great care of her.

And up she goes! :shock: I really should have tested her more last night, she must have gone lower than I thought. Oh well, Mr L has got to get his 2 cents in.

Thanks all for your kind comments. I just woke up grouchy this morning, I hope I didn't drag anyone else down with me! I realized that I have not been exercising or taking any time for myself lately... and I have not been using my light therapy lamp which I need to do this time of year. I take good care of Bailey, my family and other critters, and my patients at work... but I need to take care of ME too sometimes! Off to tbp now, have a great day everyone!

I totally get the winter blahs! Every December I have to remind myself, "There is no reason to feel like pulling the covers over your head, other than that it's December."

It is now late Tuesday - which is practically Wednesday, which is more than halfway to the weekend!! You'll make it. :lol: :lol:
 
Bailey's PMPS is 140, goodbye little bounce! She sure knows how to put a smile on my face.

Kathy, you're right, there is really no reason for it. I think a lot of it for me is the lack of light. Just gotta get through the next few months... :lol:
 
I think it's the light. I tried the lamp for awhile but didn't have the discipline. Now I just tell myself that I really don't want a COOKIE, I want LIGHT. :mrgreen: (I don't have the discipline for that either! :lol: :lol: )

It's the purrs that get us through. cat_pet_icon
