ood Morning !!!
Salem has been doing good all week Until yesterday he was bouncing all over the place but he settled down last night got back down in the blues . I just hope he goes green again today .
Wednesday while i was out with mama helping her run errands i broke my glasses in half ! Time to go get new glasses . Boy i was hoping i could get them after christmas .. but they had been good glasses Michael Kors great glasses lasted me over 5 years . He makes great glasses as well as great purses ! Im a purse freak ! Last night i tried to post to Sue and Luci lol i made a mess typing that she couldnt understand what i typed sorry Sue im blind without my glasses im using cheap readers from the drug store there great looking far off but near i have to hold my phone out further in order to see the board its still blurry .:eek::joyful:

Poor thing i accidently placed my knee on his little foot yesterday he wasn't happy with me ...

I also have Stasis Dermatitis . Im scared i might end up with heart failure cause of it . my feet are so swollen ! And they itch really bad . Its a condition where i have poor circulation causing my feet and legs to swell so bad that my skin drys out and i get blisters all over my feet then they dry out and end up being sores all over my feet . I have been to the doctor about it but they only tell me to wear compression socks use lotion and put my feet up higher than my heart . I guess i may have to go see another doctor they hurt really bad ! Now mom wants to go get her car inspected this morning . I love my mom dearly but since her stroke i think shes using me to do her errands but i think shes scared her time is coming so she wants to spend more time with me . But shes wearing me out .
 
Sorry about your glasses, I have been getting mine from Zenni or Payne (online glasses) for the last few years. They have been really good. Been paying about $40 for a pair of progressives that locally will cost me $600. Downside is it takes about 2 weeks.

Ok i got one drop meter today but no ones calling me i can not orders strips in the app or char to the coach there is no chat for the coach where do you update i went to app got the newest app but its not working right. No ine answers the phone i left a message i been waiting 4 hrs no one has called me . I emailed no ine has called me or emailed me back ?

Really? I'm sorry to hear no one at OneDrop is responding to you...I wonder if they're overwhelmed due to the big black Friday sale???

I usually hear from them the next day though when I have issues. I've never called, but I understand they are real people and they have live human beings that will help you...

I would suggest you uninstall the app - and reinstall it. Then see if you can sync it to the meter - it will need to be synced before it will allow you to order any strips. How many tests have you done with the OneDrop so far?
 
I have tested 5 times my first was the 76 . I deleted the app then reinstall from the apple app store i dnt even see the chat for the coach ? I will uninstall again and reinstall then reconnect the meter then sync again .
 
I was looking at the OneDrop website under 'Ordering Strips' and found this info:

You are consistently syncing your One Drop Glucose Meter and One Drop App. Unlimited users can order test strips so long as they are uploading their meter readings to the app via Bluetooth.

Our system will automatically hold or cancel an order if a user is ordering >300 strips/month without syncing >300 readings/month. If you believe your account has been placed on hold, sync your readings and email us at customerservice@onedrop.today

It's very important to be sure to sync all of your readings into the app....I see they also add that if you want to order 300 strips a month, then your meter needs to sync 300 readings a month...with the way we all test as much as we do, I'm sure you'll easily test at least that much or more.

I am hoping they are just "busy" with the holidays. When I called the first time I got the "leave a msg" I did not. I called the next day and got a live person. When you go into "set up a connected device" will it let you pair?

At this point is says I am doing 9 readings per day avg. I was just able to order a 300 pack yesterday and it shipped today.

Yes they must be very busy with the sale when i call it puts me on hold very shortly then makes me leave a voicemail and says email us can help get someone to help . I did that too lol plus i left a voice mail to call me . Maybe they will call soon ..

Still dnt see the coach and still dnt see my purchases

This was the same problem I had. after talking to them it took them a day to fix it.

How lings does it take to get the strips delivered ?

Seems like it takes 7 to 10 days.

Sorry you are having this trouble, Like I said I did have a bit of trouble but it was before all of this holiday sale nonsense. They do seem very good to work with once you do get in touch.
 
Oh yes they are diffidently nice polite people and do whatever they can to help . I think they are just overwhelmed and dnt have enough help .
