Rusty had much better numbers today. He may have broken the "bounce phase", or maybe he just got too much insulin last night. In any event, I took him back down by 0.01mm on the digital calipers. I'm calling his dose 0.10- Unit (between 0.12mm and 0.11mm on the digital calipers, Monoject syringe). Fun , what?

Rusty had good appetite today. Edward feels much better. I went to the landfill and then did grocery shopping. I spent some of my "fur-shot" money on a little Xmas gift for Rusty: a valerian-filled small pillow toy (made in Bavaria with local valerian--an herb). I hope he'll like it. It has a really strong smell that is supposed to attract cats. I hope Rusty, with his chronic congestion, will be able to smell it. He's not going to get it until Xmas Eve at my sister's house.

Wishing all a good weekend. The almost-full moon here tonight is full of atmosphere--clouds brushing past it and a large ring around it.

Yo Kitties, tomorrow is the Full Cold Moon. I'm planning the party. Look for the party condo tomorrow.

Valerian? It encourages relaxation and sleep? Maybe I should get Boomer a valerian pillow for 2:00 am

It has the same effect as catnip in many cats. I don't think it is meant to encourage sleep. It's a toy. You can get valerian mice, etc. https://bavariancattoys.com/collections/toys
