Hi all! hmmphhhh! - looks like Mannie is still bouncing from his nice green run yesterday morning. bummer - I had so hoped that with the yellows last night that he had cleared it. Perhaps not? Well - despite the nasty pinks, yesterday morning was mighty fine, maybe a bit low, and it did take HC for a few hours to keep him there. It was nice to see - it's been a few since he has had a cycle like that. Normally I would not have fed such a high % carb when he started to rise after the 52, but I did need to be gone for a few hours - and I just felt the need to play it safe. Perhaps that killed his surf - dunno for sure. So - here we are at a 372 this AM, and we work towards better numbers this morning. Go Mannie!

Mannie is full of purrs and squinty eyed cuddles this morning. Sweet! :-D This has been another morning when I can't fill the bowls fast enough. He will spend his waiting time running circles around his bowl, meowing rather loudly - it escalates until there is food. Sheshhhh he loves to eat. I can still remember the morning he fell off the table when he wasn't paying attention to where his feet where - too focused on the empty bowl, and over he went. :shock: What a mad scramble that was to get back up there in time - horrors! he might have been late on the chow down. :shock: :shock: All else is normalcy in mannieland this AM: nanner possession :cool: , napping :cool: :cool: , preening for the longest time :cool: :cool: :cool: : breffis must have been awfully good.

Hey - it's e Mannie. I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bored this morning - you guys wanna hang out? Like yesterday? It was so cool that Rusty could join us. I think he liked the roadster - he was singing! Moonie - you may have a new duet partner there. well let me know guys - I am open to anything! ~~ Mannie

Hey Mannie! Clear your bounce so we can go out again, OK? I do like to sing. Last night I surprised by beans by going down the major scale, and I hit all the right pitches. Can't wait to tell Moonie. We have to get Binks to write some more lyrics.

Hi Michelle, I sure hope my calendar comes today. We're about to head out to walk in the snow to the P.O. It's neat that Mannie and Stu are next to each other (the two chefs!) and that Bear Man is also on that page. Can't wait to see it.

That's a nice drop for Mannie at +2, he isn't liking the pink floor much today. Good sign!

Mannie, yeah, boring around here too. They keep playing w/ the puters and I heard talk of "cleaning". If the vacuum monster comes out, I'm gone! -- Tess

Can you get out Michelle or trapped by snow?? Some states see snow & freak & are in for days--Here we get plowed & are out & about the next day--I love the snow--Means I dont have to go anywhere :mrgreen:

Hi Ella! I too hope that your calendar comes today - I just got mine yesterday, so I am sure it is on its way. I was so surprised to see Mannie and Stu right next to each other, with Bear Man to the side. The two chef's together yet again. love it! :-D When I look at those photos it is so amazing how much Mannie and Bear Man look alike - uncanny! :-D What a great way to celebrates our sugarcats. Enjoy the Snow! I love snow - really! But ours is all gone now - we warmed up, and it went away. :sad: I hope you have a great walk - one of my fav things to do -snow walks, so beautiful.

Hey Ann - I sure hope so. I know it's just a bonce, I know he will clear it soon, but ---- those pinks are just too much sometimes. I just don't want to see them creeping back into the picture.... :? He's worked so hard to get rid of them...

Morning Roni! Mannie is the same - napping when it is so cold. He lets out these really long and heavy sighs when he goes to the door, sticks his nose out an realizes how cold it is... he may sit there for a moment or two - but right back in. yesterday he did take a few strolls around the yard, but hightailed in back inside after a couple of minutes... :lol: we are now snowless - bummer, as i do like it, and now that i don't have to get to work, or go anywhere when it does hit, I'm in the group of "bring it on - snow harder, and how deep can it get?" - much to the chagrin of my family who still has to navigate the stuff. We are not really geared up for snow here - no active snow mgmt plan by the DOT folks as we really don't get it consistently... so when we do traffic is a nightmare - many many accidents, etc. - so few plows, etc... side streets are neglected, etc - a real mess!

Rusty - dude! you are an opera singer! amazing!!!!! You have to get together with Moonie - she sings so well,and the two of you? Primo!! I can't wait for the next OTJ party so that you guys can sing: solos and duets. oh the harmony! the music! Hey - I love snow driving and the roadster has snow tires - you wanna go and visit Kim's Shadow? shadow is alone while the bean is away, and Curry and Sidney are going for a visit. Shall we? Hi Ele! He mus have read this - we are down to a low yellow. YAY! and thanks - good day so far! I am off for a morning walk, before heading to DT Seattle to see friends. WOOT! I hope that there are some salmon running in the creek today - am off now to see. Come on fishies - run run run!

I can't believe I haven't been on your condo all day!!! What an amazing afternoon for Mannie!!! So did you shoot a dropping number??? Looks like he will definitely have you up tonight and that is really a fantastic PMPS for him!!!
I hope you had a wonderful time in Seattle and are staying warm.

Mannie...I help wif the menu and other things wif the party. My bean been pretty busy today...she said she has to work to make money to buy all the fancy things we kitties have...so that's ok wif me!!! Just tell me what Sous Chef Gracie needs to do!!

WOOT - ok now... the really tough part lies ahead - can you hold onto this for the next cycle? what's the plan.... surfin' or are you going to keep this bean busy. :-D :? :-D :roll: remember now - we already did the pink thing this morning, so no need to go back there, OK?

Marjorie - I missed you post here - sorry! and yes - basically I did: shoot a dropping number - he's been on the descend all day. For me, this is OK - I know he's headed down, and will feed accordingly to make sure he doesn't go too low... might be a long one. Sometimes when I feed these he surprises me, I end up aborting what could have been a nice green surf, end up with a blue one instead, and off to bed at a decent number. we will see what happens tonight. I hope I fed ok, and get green !! and yes - such a great pmps - YAY!!! and seattle was fun - it's always nice to see these guys. :-D and yes: WATCH OUT :lol: :lol:

Gracie - I know - another party - WOOT! Tonight we think... CA kitty needs CA fuds... hmmmmmmmmm this is tough. We will come up with some cool fuds! See you soon, in the meantime - plan! ~~ Mannie

Hi Ann - It sure is - and how? I dunno - I think I got/get lucky. One would think that after 2.5 years I would have a better grip. :? I just react to what i see number wise, after error after error, and a few successes.... such a dance this is, never the same.

Gracie - that is SO COOL! I like it - we will have to call it Gracie's CA Eel with Wasabi wrapped in Seaweed. YUM! or something like that.... nice job Sous Chef Gracie!
