I will not be home to test for about 6 hours.

I bet he ate well! I wonder why he didn't eat during the night....
actually, you might do well to test a t +0.5 too if you can to make sure he is rising....

I just tested. I'm on my way out the door now.
I will test again when I return.
I left out food for him (LC mixed with some MC)
He ate all his food after his shot.

DC is doing good. He's eating well and he's playful and purring.
BG's are good.
