All is well in CurryLand.

Her metabolism might be firing up a bit now. She's eating the same amount but losing a bit of weight on her own...Will increase her calories. She was always overweight but didn't lose weight with the dx of FD. I had put her on a wt reduction program a month or so back...and then went back to normal. Her metab. had previously been really slow........She looks leaner...not skinny, but leaner.

Bought an ihome alarm clock to put my iphone in for charging and such....Set the clock....it went off w/out a sound.....No music, no buzzer, no nuthin....But I did wake up....totally weird....Will have to figure out what went wrong over the weekend....for now will use my phone w/the "harp" wake-up sound.....that won't give me a heart attack when I hear it.....

Curry's asthma might be acting up......Her voice or meow usually changes...sometimes hoarse or higher pitched....and then their is a swallowing action...like there is some mucous.....No coughing....We had a cold front come through that caused me to have some sinus stuff.....So got out the air purifier again and have that going non-stop.....

Sorry I haven't had much time to visit other condos....Hope everyone is doing well.

Curry keeps asking me when she can go visit Rusty....I've told her that's it a bit cold up north right now and Rusty is needing to get adjusted to his new home first......So she decided that she will go visit Kim's Shadow since her bean is on vacation for 2 weeks......Sidney is planning on driving as Curry doesn's have her license yet...All are welcome to join the Road Trip Gang.

Curry's numbers are great and leaner is very fashionable as long as Curry doesn't get too skinny

Good morning guys! First off I just have to say, nice WCR, but that last post and the picture are what really got to me! :lol: :lol: Such an appropriate picture for the last post ... Looks like curry has some ideas of dropping low today .. hope she starts surfing for you! Have a great day guys!

Devon....you nailed it on the drop.....Her typical nadir is +3.....She also got more food for breakfast this morning...not much, a bit more.....just to increast her caloric intake a wee bit.

Hey Curry, Is that you driving? I travel, but I'm not allowed to drive (yet). Come visit any time. You can come in the roadster the next time the gang comes to pick me up. Or you can just drive here and pick me up (but be careful of the snowy roads)

Ella...Love Rusty's avatar....And yes..the +3 is her typical nadir....she rarely deviates from that....of course, now that I've sd that...she'll pull a fast one.....

Lean is good - YAY Curry! Another thing I need to work on with Mannie... weight reduction program - yep! I think you do such a good job with Curry.

I bought an iphone app - called alarm clock 4 - it allows me to set all the alarms and apply labels. It has an option to start silently and increase in volume. The darn out of the box iphone alarm has scared the heck out of me and my husband so many times. I was so mad at it.

Great idea Karrie....The ihome was suppose to have that feature.....It started out softly...Just never heard it...At All. Will look into your recommendation.

Mannie..You bet...Sidney's driving so who knows how long it will take to pick ya up....She's kinda wild and crazy..And not very good at directions...As you can tell from her pic....~Road Trip Gang

I'm experimenting w/3 aspects of feeding Curry:
1) Started to give her entire breakfast at once and let her eat as needed....actually started this morning
2) Starting tomorrow...will take away her afternoon +8 snack...it doesn't seem to be helping to keep her low the last few days..will keep the 1:00am snack....still have to get her to eat it though...she's not good at using the feeder. Might experiment w/taking away 1:00am if the morning preshot remains higher...
3) Increasing the amt...she was starting to lose some more wt on the amt of food had been feeding her....her metabolism might be kicking in.

Love the photo....Sid!!!! Where you going..it's still a long drive from Houston to Dallas! Isn't it crazy how we're always thinking...how many calories, when to feed, etc etc. Wish someone would do that for me :lol: :lol: Have a great night!!
 
This was interesting....nadir around +5 instead of the usual +3. Gave a little food at +5....thinking of omitting the +8 tonight...ummmm.....or might just test her....ummmm...that would mean trying to wake up enough to test her.....ummmmm
