Yesterday Cabergoline Day 58

I saw my ss was quite messed up and yesterday 's info disappeared. It's all fixed now , hope it stays put this time.

Went to bed super early last night, got up once. Set alarm for AMPS +2 (why I bothered????) Slept until +4 (12 hrs and I'm still tired).

I'm sorry you are so tired Paula, maybe you can catch a nap today at some point? Soft head rubs for Miss Olive, and a soft comfy pillow and blanket for you.

I saw a post online that asked if you had the option to give up sleeping in exchange for never feeling tired again, would you do it?

I don't think I would give up sleeping. I'm always tired anyway and it's not so bad. Maybe it won't be practical when I'm older though. I only hold up the naive hope that when I'm older that there's no reason I can't just sleep as long as I want whenever I want haha

I subscribe to the theory that "cat naps" keep you less tired. After all, cats do them and cats know what's what!

Good luck with the dosecrease.

I wouldn't give it up. The claim is your body heals and recuperate when you sleep.

This fatigue is to much and for so long it can't be normal.

It use to be power naps whether or not I wanted/needed them. Now It's morphed into more. I can't believe it's just the 2 days I now work. Grant you I'm not use to it but if I wasn't working I'd be sleeping those 6 hrs.

Paula, maybe have some bloodwork done, see if you might be anemic? At least rule it out perhaps.

I could again. Had it last month, it was normal. Of course Dr answer is to lose weight and stop smoking. It must be the cure all. It's all I've ever heard even when I lost 50# and didn't smoke.

And don't forget: exercise!

I have a friend with narcolepsy. She has to take medication to stay awake. She's fine when she's moving, but when she sits down (example: at a movie, a concert, a play) she falls asleep unless she has taken her medication.

I hope you will feel more energetic soon.

Well guess who got a dosecrease?????? I had to run meds over to my dad so husband decided to surprise me and take us out to dinner.
