That's what I'm thinking. Maybe wait until the weekend to see how today and tomorrow go? It's tough to get exactly 1.25 in the syringe but I think I've been hitting it --or very close. Might be time to do a neat 1.5. These black and reds are not good.
Since you are doing SLGS, you would hold the dose a week and do a curve and then decide whether to increase the dose. These black numbers could be bouncing due to dropping lower or faster. Look back at 11/17. If you hadn’t done a curve that day, it would look like he needed more insulin.
