AMPS 220 Bouncing a bit after a low of 48 the night before last.
Vomited large amount after PMPS last night. Lost her antibiotic and tramadol. I was not expecting it and my heart dropped.:( I left her for a while then started again slowly......it took ages to get through the food but she kept it down.
This morning she is quiet, but she is eating, just not enthusiastically. Taking it slowly again. Hopefully just a small bump in the road to recovery.
Was so tired after so many broken nights, I went back to bed yesterday during the day and slept for nearly 4 hours.

So sorry about the set back with the vomits and loss of the meds. It's so hard to see them not feeling well. Glad you were able to get a good 4 hour nap. That's a lot of sleep for a FD Bean. Sending continuous vines and prayers for Sheba and many :bighug::bighug::bighug: for you.

Thanks Suki, Carla, Amy and Karen for your support.
Sheba has turned her nose up at the raw food again....sniffed it and walked away. Opened some canned food and she is eating that now slowly. No more vomiting......maybe she was a bit nauseated. I'll give her some zofran if it continues.
So far so good

Hi Bron,
I hope that Sheba will keep down her food. Maybe just stick with the canned food for a while, since she seems to be doing better on it.
I'm glad you got a good 4-hour nap. I slept for 3 hours this morning (after amps)--the longest nap I've ever taken. It felt weird!

More vines for Sheba,

Thanks Ella and Elise.
@Ella & Rusty & Stu(GA) yes I think you might be right about sticking to the canned food for a while. She doesn't get it often so thinks of it as a treat. I haven't had a sleep like that during the day for years!
@tiffmaxee
Yes I will give her some more zofran. I thought about it after she refused the raw but I showed her the canned and she was interested so I went ahead. But it would probably make sense to just keep her on the zofran for a few more days. Thanks. I thought the P.titis had gone but it was still lurking in the background waiting to cause trouble again.

Hopefully this is just a small detour on the road to recovery. I agree about giving the Zofran now and not waiting for her stop eating.

Today was the first morning I didn't have to get up for some specific reason, so I just slept until I woke up and got 7 hours!!! I don't remember the last time I got 7 hours of sleep in one night - lately it's been 4-5 if I'm lucky. Felt really good!

Sending healing and appy vines.

Sorry Sheba has been under the weather again today, Bron. I'm glad you got a rest, and I hope Sheba has been able to keep more food down today. (((hugs))) from here...

Thanks Julie and Sarah for the vines, love and support. It means a lot.
I gave Sheba 2mg zofran an hour before PMPS and fed her canned Weruva chicken which is usually a favourite and she has certainly eaten better. I think she must have had some residual nausea hanging around.

Hi Bron, and sorry about the vomit last night. Maybe just a scarf and barf and glad that she took it nice and slow to eat after that. Good that you got some much needed rest. We need to catch up when we can. My sleep account is seriously over drawn, LOL ;)
