Good Monday, Everyone,

We had a good night after the vomiting incident in the evening. No hairball, but I think that is what is behind it. Anyway, Rusty ate his usual bedtime snack of FF T&G + Wellness Turkey, and I put out a teasp. of FF T&G in his automat because we had a pretty low number at just the start of onset last night. But he slept through the automat's opening and probably ate it just before the alarm! Starting out the day again in green, but this morning's shot was a short shot (there was a drop left in the syringe that I didn't notice in time and expelled). We'll see where it takes us. I think Rusty is angling for another little decrease in any event.

Warmer (20 degrees) and gray today. A good day for a hike, but the "hike" scheduled is a climb of one of the High Peaks and I can't do that right now--I'm not fit enough and I have limited time because of Xmas preparations to spend the day on an excursion. I don't think any of the group is going to climb today (except for the leaders!). Everyone is too busy.

Roni's broccoli pie was a big success at the potluck last night. It was delicious and really easy to make. If any of you missed her recipe, here it is:

Off now to finish the cookies I started last night and that have been "chilling" in the 'fridge. Xmas shopping later.

Morning everyone! What a nice start today for Rusty - I sure do like these greens amps. well darn on the shot, hopefully that won't mess thing up, and even if so, he'll be back on track with the PM cycle.

Bummer on the barfing last night - Rusty, dude, what is up with that?

too bad on the hike, but I hear you... sounds more like a mountain climb, those are always tough. Well maybe a short walk today then instead. I hope to do the same. What with all the holiday prep there sure isn't much time for the outdoor stuff.

What a nice couple of days Rusty has had! Maybe you inadvertently gave him the dosecrease he’s been working for. ;-) If he's working on a hairball, I hope today is the day. Get it out and done with Rusty!

Moonie threw up today too & yesterday(xmas tension?) Is it pukus day in LL?
Hope his numbers are beautiful today & you can enjoy the day with or without the hike!
There is so much to do, whatever will we do on Jan. 2????

Yay on a nice green surf for Rusty! Tarragon has been trying to get a hairball up for a couple of days as well. Hope Rusty gets rid of his soon with little drama.

Sorry about the hike but it sounds like a pretty intense "hike." I don't blame you. Have a wonderful day Ella!

What a nice cycle, especially if Rusty sneaked into the overnight feeder on the late side!

Every time Kitty throws up without a hairball...the following day brings a hairball. I hope Rusty "resolves" the situation successfully soon!

Beautiful surf for Rusty boy! That minus drop sure didn't affect his numbers or the FF T&G, yum, as I know he loves it. Maggie's fav, too! A walk sounds nice since the mountain hike is out this time. Have a nice one today.

Rusty has been looking so fantastic lately....it thrills me!!!! Hope he is feeling better now after the pukus episode.

Oh that high hike sounds like so much work and if it's cold....it's just more fun to be by the fireplace. Tobey said he thinks you feel better when you bake cookies for him. That boy :lol: :lol: :lol:

Hi again,
Rusty had another great green day. No hairball, however! He watched with interest while I put the lights on the Xmas tree, but doesn't go over to it very often. Maybe after we get the ornaments on!
It's a good thing I didn't climb the mountain today (Porter Mt., one of the 46 High Peaks). The weather really socked in around noon and we had drizzle and freezing rain. I drove over to Lake Placid to go grocery shopping and couldn't even see the mountains, the cloud ceiling was so low. Porter is known for it's fabulous 360 degree views, but today the views couldn't have been very good. I'll have to ask my friends.

To visit condos now. We hope you are all having a good evening.

Kitty votes for you to skip the hike, have cocoa, and leave some goodies by the tree for Rusty, who might then become better friends with it. :mrgreen:

Those cookies look pretty good, Celi, but mine look better! (cookies and soups are the only things I don't mind cooking!!)

Rusty is downstairs playing with his busy box. We are turning in 10 minutes early tonight and he is confused! Also, he feels good because he just had his treat of FF T&G.
