AMPS 86 :D:D shooting .1u

Boomer ate most of his overnight fuds (H&G chicken 1.93% carb) although a treat had to be crumbled on both the +3 and +9 meal:rolleyes:. Today's menu is Purrfect Bistro Salmon (2.16%).

This morning I walked into the bedroom and the boys were laying on the end of the bed with their bums touching. I couldn't believe it; they never sit together!

Today I have a full photo session at noon and then a mini session at 2:00. And I'm really beginning to feel housebound so I'm hoping that after my last session I can convince my DH to go for a drive.....I saw a picture of a Snowy Owl on facebook this morning which was taken "in southwestern ontario" so it's time to start my scouting for one. It's darn cold here today so a walk is definitely not on the agenda.
 
Good job Boomer, keep it green buddy. I hope you get to go Snowy Owl searching soon. How nice of the boys to sit together. Sometimes I'll catch Doodles & Moo giving kisses to each other but most of the time they act like typical siblings :rolleyes: Hope your sessions go nice and easy today.
 
Last year, a friend of mine snapped a picture of a Snowy Owl in our park right in the middle of town. I walk there all the time, but I have never been lucky enough to see one. Good luck finding one - I would love to see the picture.

Last year I had no luck whatsoever finding them! Hopefully this year will be better!
 
Sessions over for today. First customer half an hour late and then didn't seem to want to leave even though child had obviously had enough. Second session customer was a few minutes late but other than the child being 1 year old and not wanting to sit still it went ok.
And Boomer was a good boy and ate his +6 foods all by himself. Such a proud mama!
 
wtg Boomer eating those fuds... and surfing in the green... sounds like a little bit of a trying day.. but a nice one... hope you find those snowy owls... love seeing your pictures :bighug::bighug:
 
Yo Deputy Boomer, Lookin' good. Tell your mamabean not to forget that 112 is still a "normal" number.

I hope your owl quest will pan out. I've never seen a snowy owl. We have many fewer birds here at our feeders this year, compared to last year. What does that portend?? The birds obviously know something! Only the chickadees and nuthatches and woodpeckers are still around.

We seem to have around the same amount as each winter. We have a pair of bluejays (there may be 3), a pair of cardinals, a pair of downy woodpeckers, and about 100 sparrows. Periodically we see chickadees and the nuthatches that hang around with them. And mourning doves. I didn't get on my owl hunt today; DH didn't feel like going for a drive and finding them is a lot easier if he is driving and I am looking lol. So maybe tomorrow afternoon. I also know of a place where there were horned owl babies last year around March so I'll be checking that out soon to see if the adults have nested yet.

I don't know. I didn't do a +6 test because that's when my customers walked in the door. But he usually has his low at +3 and goes up from there. Unless it's a delayed bounce from yesterday's 65 but that seems a bit far-fetched. He's just trying to drive my crazy, that's what it is!
