WCR: All Ps in place. Appy is so-so. Snuggles last night, but not this morning. However, she did jump up on the sink to help me brush my teeth & put on my make-up. Her toenail is still poking out, but she's not walking funny or acting like she's in pain when she jumps up or down...only when I start looking at it. I'm about to give her another dose of Clavamox. Poor little girl. :sad:

Poor Shasta. I wonder if she got some poo around the nail bed and it got infected? I hope the clavamox will help her and she will decide you are the bestest mommy in the whole world.

You all are the sweetest! Thank you for all the healing vines and kind words. Shasta's toe is still tender & swollen-looking, but it's not oozy any more. I'm trying to think of what she did that caused all of this and the only thing I can think of is when she did her Happy Crap Dash the other day and then wanted to play. We started playing and she was leaping around like a soccer goalie and I'm wondering if she caught her toenail in the carpet when she did that?! I don't know. She's not happy about the Clavamox and she's been rather stand-off-ish, but I'm getting them down her! Her poop is stanky, but at least it's coming out of her!!! I've been adding Fortiflora to most all of her meals to try to help her tummy. Saturday's 8 hour drive should be AWESOME if her tummy isn't feeling well. :shock: nailbite_smile
