Doing better on day 2 of pancreatitis. I've got him taking vetergesic at 8 hour intervals and he's eating regularly, got him eating food with a high moisture content to make sure he gets enough water.

The drugs are making him a bit loopy, but better that than in pain!

I'm not taking BG readings until he's over pancreatitis as the numbers will be meaningless.

Good to hear he is eating well. Here's hoping he gets over this episode soon.

This is not his first bout of pancreatitis? He has had it before? His BG comes back to normal after?

He's had it twice before. This is the first time he's had it while in remission. The last BG was 73 around 4 days before this bout.
