For today I proudly offer Mannie's special 10 hr energy coffee, and Triple shot espressos: beans from deep within the mountain slopes of Argentina, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: A venti quad pumpkin spice mocha, laced with cimmamum and nutmeg, topped with a caramel infused whip cream, garnished with pumpkin nut crunch, cimmamum sugar clusters and a dusting of cocoa...OOOOOOOOOOO!, PRIMO! Only the best for all my customers....OH! Tea infusions too, by request. they is primo! I SWEAR! Today: cimmamum and vanilla!, just cuz I LUBS cimmamum....

KITTIES!!!!!!! Guess what!! ONLY 7 MORE SLEEPS UNTIL CHRISTMAS! :-D We so need a Christmas party....

Yesterday was BOUNCE day in MannieLand.

we started out well with a nice mid yellow, but alas... he seems to have wanted to hangout on the pink floor later in the day, and so he did. I'm not too surprised, as he did head down rather quickly the night before. I had hoped that it wouldn't be as high as it was. Per Mannie fashion we bounce a cycle or two later... I hope for better days today - a blue start this morning is nice.We had a little bit of an appy issue this morning, hope that passes quickly. Lubs ya big guy. cat_pet_icon

All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D He's eating better, the LB is back to normal, and he seems to feel alot better. Perhaps the last of the dreaded Clavamox is out of his system. Paws crossed. I finally got all the Christmas shopping done, and boxes packed for shipping yesterday. Amongst all that were the nanners going to his kitty cousins... He so knew I was packing them. Mannie was looking all over the house, nose sniffing.... in search of.... finally he found me and the packed nanners in the basement. I had so thought I had eluded him... but noooo! The Nanner KIng knew here were fresh nanners in the vicinity. What a nose he has.... SO I caved and gave him one of his nanners scheduled for santa delivery a bit early. He was in nanner nirvana, slobbered all over that Pollock Fish for over an hour. :lol: :lol: :lol: One happy and stoned dude. He spent the rest of the afternoon sleeping. well... DUH! This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club: barely (what a relief, and phew!), purrs and lots of cuddles. With encouragement, normalcy in MannieLand. :cool:

Have a great day everyone. Today is Seattle visit day... it seems like it has been ages since I have been to town. WOO HOO! so looking forward to seeing the stores and their Christmas decor, and meeting my friend for coffee. WOO HOO!

Nice blue start for Mannie today. Ugh on the bouncies but we should be used to it right? Glad the big guy is feeling better and that dreaded Clavamox is working its way out of his system. Morning Michelle and yay for a nice blue for Mannie today. :-D Sorry his appy is a little iffy but hope it improves. Maggie thinks maybe it is too many of her peanut butter chocolate cookies, ha ha. So cute with an early nanner Enjoy your coffee time with your frriend. I thought it has been a while, so have a great time. I need to do the same today if it works out ok. So glad no more Clavamox for Mannie.

I like the something extra, medicinal only of course. :lol: :lol: one has to love it: they pass the law, now they fight over how to implement it. Could be a while before any of that is truly "legal". I too loved the blue amps, not so thrilled with that +2. :roll:

Morning Ann ~O) ~O) ~O) The amps was great, the +2 not so great.... bummer! I think his appy will. Perhaps still a lingering effect of the AB, could be too the amlodipine as well. I read that it is very bitter to the taste, and he gets that first off, I need to find a better way to give it too him so he can't smell or taste it. Think I will look for some of those flavored gelcaps... and I could not agree more on the Clavamox!!!!! too many peanut butter chocolate cookies?? :lol: :lol: You could be right Maggie! THX on the Seattle trip,and you are right - it has been a little over three weeks since I have been: didn't go when Nicholas was here all week, and last week Barb had meetings... so it will be good to go today. :-D :cool: :cool:

Hi Lisa - It was hysterical. He just knew - the radar was working overtime! and yes , he was pretty wasted. :lol: :lol: THX - I am glad too: all wrapped, shipped, ready to go.. now all i have to do is figure our Christmas dinner,. :shock: And THX on Seattle - it was really nice. and Tess, Mannie - yes Maui will tell, that's why she makes such a good supervisor!

I'll need to check out amazon - I gave them a nip party, but that ends so quick and haven't freshened their socks lately - yet they never show much interest in the socks. they do still play with the nip pillow I bought a couple years ago from althea, but they've never had nanners.

Such a cute story on the nanners. I've got a couple of them as presents stashed in the hallway closet, but I haven't caught anybody pawing at the door yet. :lol: Mannie has an amazing nose. I've just been buying mine at the local pet food stores. $5.99 at the store, vs. $24.99 that Amazon.ca wanted for the rainbow kind. :shock: I'm so glad I found out about nanners on Mannie's condos, they are by far the favorite toys here - and very durable.

So Mannie, about that bounce... I think that's long enough now. Sorry for that +2 Michelle. You just started seeing nice numbers after the Clav and then his liver gets excited. Hopefully tomorrow it'll all be out of his system.

Mannie, I'z down on the yellow floor pulling with Tess. I think we can do it.

Hi Hillary - You could be right on the dose, the thought has entered my mind. In fact I was all set to do that until he hit 100 two nights ago, on a HC food. so... I waited. so we are giving him more time. a day to clear this nasty bounce. I have heard too that Clav can take up to three days to totally clear the system, that would be tomorrow. so on hold a bit longer with the increase. so so frustrating! we wait a day or two for manniecy (love that btw), and if not, then an increase. I just can't have him continue with these numbers... --- I love the nanners - some of them are two years old and he still "plays"with them (he's really not much of play kitty), they just seem to really last. These are the Nanners: Nanners He has the rainbow too, and the fish. All seem good.
And Maui- god for you! somebody needs to keep these kitties in line. :-D

Hi Deborah - I so agree.... Dosecrease on the horizon if things don't get better. Part of me really thinks he needs a jump start. ;-)

Hi Wendy - Yupp, him and his nanner hunt - he just knows.... it was darn funny. You can get them at the local store? AWESOME!! I have looked here but cannot find them... such a bummer. I cannot believe that amazon wanted $25 for the rainbow. crazy!!! I love them - they are as you said - the favorites here and last forever. Like I told Hillary, some of Mannie's are a couple of years old, and he still sleeps with them, chews 'em, etc. Thanks on the numbers - nasty bounce mode now, I hope it is over tomorrow. we did see good Numbers the other night. I was sorry to see mr Liver exert his authority. I so hope tomorrow is better.

Oh geez, Michelle. :YMHUG: :YMHUG: No jokes this time, I do know how you feel. I think Hillary is right, it night be time to add a touch to Mannie's dose. I know it seems like a step back, but with all he has been through giving him a little extra help is a good idea. He';; get it together and be right back on track.
