It’s Christmas baking day at our house. Fudge, rocky road, Chex mix and my husband’s favorite, Snickerdoodles. Smaller batches since it’s just the two of us this Christmas.

Tonight we will maybe change up the portion sizes of the mini meals to see if we can get the fasting numbers down.
