Not sayin' a word... Just takin' a quick look over my shoulder to make sure he's eating. Walkin' away. I'm in a different room --- now doing the happy dance!

Are you able to get any spot checks this morning? I'm thinking something around a +3 or +4. I'm really interested to see how Mowgli's numbers respond to food.

Unfortunately I am at work, I would have LOVED to get some numbers from just food as well!
I will be home all night tonite though...
I did get a +1 and he was 56...

Here's a picture, who woulda thought I would be so excited to see this!

Way to go Mowgli!!! Beautiful numbers and eating too- what more could a Bean ask for? Keep it up baby boy. Tori asked me to tell you that she likes her men with some meat on their bones. You know what you need to do right?

Love the picture Keri. I know that seeing Tori eat sometimes has been the most beautiful sight in the world.

Well he hasn't eatten supper with the civvies yet, BUT i do not know how much he ate today...as normally, well the last couple of weeks when I get home there is food leftover from the morning...today both plates cleaned up! So I would suspect he did SOME eatting today... I gave him another bit of antacid...so I will see in a bit if he chooses to go and eat some food...
i should really go and walk the droolers before I get tied down to the house....

What nice numbers for Mowgli today. Hope he is continuing to eat for you sending more eating vines.

Well it didn't start out as a trial, but I am thinking perhaps it is heading that way! lol
He went in for a dental last thursday...and since then his numbers have been low and he hasn't been needing the juice..BUT we don't know if it is due to the lack of appetite, (he hasn't been eatting enough) or the fact that he was on Tramadol for a bit..
So, all i ask right now, is
PAWS CROSSED AND FINGERS CROSSED!

CROSS YOUR EYES TOOOOOOOOO

Very nice numbers, Keri!

Now, how much is Mowgli eating? If he isn't eating well, I would still consider giving him the mirtz. He needs to get back to eating adequately ASAP. Did you ever figure out if there is interaction between the zantac and the mirtz? I would call a pharmacist or your vet about that...s/he should be able to give you a definitive answer.
 
Nothing beats seeing your cat eat, you feel so relieved at the sight.
The tramadol has that effect; you read the article, yes?
The dental could very well be what was needed. Wouldn't that be grand if it turns out that a bit of spit and polish on the chompers was all the nudge that Mowgli needed?

Keep watching closely and testing because anesthesia can cause a string of low numbers, and also the tramadol's half life may be still doing its business.

I think it's the eating that pleases me the most though!
