(LOTS! I just love ), and Happy TUNA Tuesday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, Lil Bit, kitteh barista!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Today is TUNA TUESDAY!!! In honor of Tuna Tuesday, once again Lola and Bug, aka Paw Prints Pizza, will make their famous triple tuna pies, with tuna and nip infused crust, tuna toppings, and now triple tuna infused cheese. YUMMMMMMMM! It's tradition!, and these pizza pies totally rock! As a side benefit we have TUNA WATER too! so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and triple shot espresso, beans from the heart of central Ethiopia. and for my mocha fans: Venti Quad orange and vanilla mocha, laced with orange swirls, topped with chocolate whip, garnished with orange zest, slivered vanilla beans and chocolate swirls....SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of orange and vanilla and chocolate swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with crystallized oranges and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts are really good today too! OH! And orange infused eggnogs!
I hope everyone had a great Monday. Mine was great. It ended up being a let the day evolve day. I really, for once, didn't do much..... breffis, some outdoor time,and a killer sunset. Here's what I wrote last night about the day: "Hi everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. It has been a fun one here, buy, but mellow at the same time, and fun. Breakfast with Anthony was great, it always is. I love these get togethers we do - time for us to just catch up, and talk. Plus this new place has really good food! It was a morning of good food, good comply and a really nice sunrise. Perfecto! I came home to begin a marathon Christmas present wrap session.... gotta get it done! and..... I had a helper! DUH! Lola is such a charge! She was more into the boxes things came in, the stuffing that was in them, and my discards of wrap apper. Miraculously she left the presents alone! :shock:
I played it safe this year and did not use ribbons or bows... I can only imagine what she'd do with those. Elsa and Bug made pass by to see what was up, but didn't stay to "help" They both just looked at Lola. One ca so see what they are thinking: "We can't possible be related to her... no, no way". :lol: :lol: The weather her today was really nice! The sun did come out, it was maybe 48 outside, with a cool crisp air that was just the best. So... decided about 1pm I was done being indoors, and headed on down to Meadowdale shore. That so nice! Sunny trails, perfect hiking weather. Plus, no one was there. YAY! I went on down to Picnic Point later to catch the sunset. One could tell by the clouds etc that were in the sky about 3 that is was going to be a good one. Sure enough! Awesome. It sure did get cold though fast once the sun went down. so went the day.... mellow, laid back, with some nice outdoor time." Exceptional!
Normalcy in MusketeerVille! The kitties were good kitties yesterday - even Lola. Fancy that! Well, normal Lola. The tree is still standing! I am elated. She did make several trips up the middle yesterday afternoon, hopped around on a few branches before she flew, yes flew, on out from the middle, with one of her new "toys" in her clenched teeth. :shock: :lol: :lol: Poor Santa! He got such a workout! I have to sit and laugh every time she goes up that tree, as she just flies up that stalk, no slow climb, it is like catapult.... and when the tree starts to sway it is hold my breath that it doesn't fall. I have tried a couple of times to pull her out, but that just seems to cement her determination to be in it, and back she goes with increased vigor. What fun she is. The presents continue to remain intact, she hasn't touched them, yet...., but I think I am glad they are ribbon-less and bow-less! Elsa and Bug are good today too. They are both napping. Bug sure does like Mannie's old beds. it's nice to see him in them. Elsa continues to me my nighttime kitty. She wars for me to go to bed, shares my pillow until we both get up in the morning. It is kinda nice. well.... I think I can safely say: normalcy in MusketeerVille!
Have a great day everyone. Today is Seattle visit day with my friend in the early afternoon, for a Christmas lunch. FUN!. WooHOO! I have an early morning appt with my eye doctor for a routine exam, and to get new glasses. I still haven't replaced the ones I ran over with the car. :shock: :roll: :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol: and my backup pair just aren't the best... so! new glasses for me. SWEET!
