Sorry, but we are just crazy busy in my world these days! I didn't get a chance to post yesterday or respond to my post the day before.
When I posted my vet update, I forgot to mention about his weight! The day of his dental, he weighed 5.26kg or 11.6 lbs - his post-op check he was 5.16kg or 11.4 lbs - when he was checked again on Tues he was 5.23kg or 11.5 lbs! YAY! He has gained his weight back! He is also eating consistently now - he almost always eats 3/4 or more of his food each day! I think I can go back to only mentioning when he doesn't eat at least 3/4 of his food on my spreadsheet again.
I am hopeful that when we see the vet again this Tues that we will be done with the abs. Then, when I get my 4 day weekend for Christmas, I can do some extra testing & figure out what to do with his insulin dose. I think the liquid abs are causing part of the problem.
