Late condo
Definitely not my day yesterday. Icy roads and wind chills below zero. I was already late on my way to the shelter and then they closed the one major road because a semi slid down a hill, backwards, and jackknifed. Luckily, I made it and I was only about 15 minutes late. One of the other volunteers was over an hour late because the roads were so bad.
Shortly afterwards, the company that was going to service my furnace cancelled - their truck was in an accident on the bypass. So I actually had time to take Iris to the vet instead. Good news is that her lungs are clear and that the infection is all in her nose this time. There is LOTS of green discharge. The vet switched her to Baytril, added homeopathic drops and some essential oils. I am also continuing her vaporizer treatments and trying to get nose drops in (not very successfully). Hopefully, that will loosen everything up.
The big boys are both doing great! ...despite the fact that I managed to sleep through two alarms in the middle of the night.
Mandarin once again dropped below 50 and I fed HC food, stayed up for another test, set an alarm... and didn't wake up until after 7 am, with the alarm still going. I think I was officially exhausted. Luckily, he was fine... and it looks like he is aiming for a second drop below 50 on this dose. Walter has also had a couple of great days is once again back in the lagoon.
I am about to visit some condos - and then it's back to grading papers...

...and their bean is definitely happy with both of their spreadsheets these days. I just hope that I can get some sleep tonight though.
