Maggie took a quick dip with the sharks last night (48 at +4). Technically that should put her on an OTJ trial, but neither Marje or I thought she is quite ready. So the plan is if I struggle to keep her about 50, if she goes below 50, or if she has one week in normal numbers mostly below 100 then we will start a trial.

haven't heard of an otj trial before. off for more research. meanwhile best of luck getting there.
