A green day with a little bounce

Pretty uneventful day. Was busy cleaning all day. Frank asked me if I needed insulin because this was an activity he had not witnessed before and therefore thought my sugar must be off. I opted for some high carb. food instead.

wonderful day yesterday - and not a bad day today either. he's doing a nice job clearing the bounce. wonder what he's got in store for tonight!
