Yesterday's Condo

Good Morningz! I am 112 this morningz. I ate 1/4 can FF for breffuz.

Last night I went down to 41, ate a teaspoonful of fuds and went to 55. Mommabean sez I am doing well.

The beans say they are going to make vettybean appointment for me sometime after holidayz to make sure I am a-okay. I don't like going to vettybean. I don't like new people, and they poke stuff in my butt, and I just don't like it. :YMSIGH: but if they sez I need to go, I guess I need to go.

The beans say they will have blood tests done, but are not sure what to do to make sure I don't haz cancer like my Mommy did. They don't understand how they takez her to one vettybean one week, he sez she all okay, just getting old. Then next week they take to specialist vettybean and she feel big mazz immediately. Do you have any suggestionz for my beanz? I dun want them to worry aboutz me.

Pappabean won't be home all day, but sez he is going to leave hiz workz a little early for lunch to comez check on me, and make sure I eatz a little.

Glad you're doing so well Marco, and good luck with that vet visit. They're no fun but you need it to be at your best.

PMPS ~ 132...

We have a set of stuff animals from our childhood on our office bookshelf, DBF said that when he got home the were spread across the condo!! Marco MUST have been feeling very good today!! He is the only one who carries stuffed animals around! :RAHCAT When I got in he came running to greet me at the front door! Makes my heart so warm!

He ate dinner pretty well, normal for him at a sitting is about 1/4 can of FF. He will always come back and nibble a little more.

Question: DBF and I will be making vettybean appointment for Marco after the new year, we want to get some blood work done for him. But we also want to know... is there anyway to know if there is cancer developing in a cat? With MK, she was fine, then she plummeted we took her to her vet and he said she was just dehydrated and was getting old. After she continued to get worse we took her to the specialist and she immediately felt the mass in her abdomen... could it develop that quickly? why didn't her normal vet feel it?

... so I'd like to say if my posts annoy anyone, I am sorry... but you are very welcome to NOT visit our condo.
Also... please remember that at one point we were ALL newbies. We were all nervous at one point, we didn't all have BOS, or courage, and we most definitely were scared and had tons of questions. We also made mistakes. I have only been back on the board for about a week and have already seen and been contact because of how harsh some can be. This IS about the cats, but you have to take everyone's feelings into consideration because it is US the humans taking care of the cats....

Very nice numbers for Marco today. I enjoy your condo's Celia. I hope all is well with Marco. I know so little on cancer... just can't answer the question.

Marco - don't worry my friend. I went to the vetty place yesterday cuz my bean found a lump and she was really worried about me. I guess it is ok , I have some cyst or sumthin'. She felt better when the vetty people talked to her. I didn't like it there either. They poked in places they shouldn't, ya know. and they took my blood, and then they took part of me - sumthin' about a looking at me under a microscope... i dunno, but I sure didn't like it. you tell your bean it will be ok. they will worry anyways - i try to tell my bean that all is ok, but she still worries, ya know. those beans - they worry too much. You be good, and give your bean lots of cuddles and stuff - they seem to like that alot. ~~ Mannie
