You’re welcome. I don’t want to jump the gun with a trial since she’s evidently getting the pred completely out of her system. We might want to be sure she can hold green numbers consistently. But....safety first.

Let’s think about it a bit.

If you hold for a third drop below 50, you will really have to stay on top of the testing because she might decide, quickly that no Pred = no juice.

If you start a trial, she might settle nicely into greens or she might go up but we wouldn’t have to worry about her taking a fast train below 50 with insulin on board.

Let’s give it a try but if you even have a day that you struggle to keep her above 50, it’s time to kick the juice to the curb.

Once more below 50 or one week in normal numbers mostly below 100, and it’s time to leave it all behind.
