10pm 12/14 PMPS 144, and by +3 it was in the 70's
Down we go... I guess I'm going to be up tonight...
Had a great day yesterday and thinking to sneak the dose now a bit again. This is his 3rd dose back at 1f from 1ff.
8am 12/15 waking up in the morning to a 97 at +10
Ended up being a long even low, no surprises.
Now hoping this might mean his pancreas will heal and he will go into remission. That would be nice. When you think about it feeding him his own diet is a lot easier than testing and giving shots. So glad I came to this board every single day.
10am 12/15 AMPS shot 1 even u with BG 129. Going to check at +4 and see if his very distinct pattern continues. My only concern at this point is if he would puke after I give the shot he could be in real trouble. I hate to mess this nice spread sheet up, but I may have to see how he does on some EVO dry at some point in case I have to shoot and leave the house. Plan would be to fill him up as much as possible on wet and then leave out dry in case he pukes. He is not a puke-prone kitty so at least there's that.
Celebrating 2 straight days in the blues and greens!! :RAHCAT :thumbup cat_pet_icon drinking24 party_cat
2pm 12/15 Duncan's nadir always seems to be right at +3 and he's on a steady rise from +4 on. Then sometimes another small sip at the end of the cycle. So glad I can finally see a pattern developing!
PMPS 12/15 Poor kitty got locked in the bathroom for over an hour tonight and was starving when I got home at 10pm. So, our pre-shot number is all off and too low. Feeding the starving boy, waiting 15 to make sure he is on his way up well and then shooting at 10:20ish. Yet another way a diabetic cat could go hypo....sheesh!
