So I took the mother of the kittens I am fostering to be spayed yesterday and you will never guess what they found inside of her....
MORE KITTENS!!!!. They weren't formed enough to save but they suspect that she got pregnant during the first week AFTER she gave birth to the three I have. The vet assistant (not my usual vet) and I actually teared up talking about it. She said that if they could have been saved, she would have taken them. Consequently, the momma cat is not very happy and she's not allowing for me to comfort her. I think all the kittens will have homes by Christmas morning. It sure will be quiet.
