Sheba has visited the lagoon 4 out of the last 5 days. She seems to have slipped into a pattern of bouncing during the night and visiting the lagoon during the day. I am certainly liking the mainly unbroken sleeps and the short bounces.
This morning I awoke to the sound of her vomiting beside the bed. Oh dear! It was a fur ball....the first I think I have ever seen her bring up......in fact I don't think I have seen one with any of my cats before.
At first I thought it was a poop.....put my glasses on...... then realised it was a fur ball. Phew! It is the moulting season here.
Her appetite is good again and she is still following me all over the house........good exercise for her!
Every time I sit down she is straight up on my lap. We have been having afternoon snoozes together in the armchair.

Yes...there has to be a positive side to it and you have found it!!

Sheba....there is no competition to get down to green. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

I gave Sheba 2 teaspoons of 13 carb at +3 and she still dropped a further 61 at +4 so I have given her some honey to hopefully slow the drop.

I am very relieved Sheba seems back to her usual self. And getting several hours straight sleep is so good. I am finding I also need an afternoon nap at the moment.

I tested her at +6 and she was 65
I didn't want her dropping any more so gave her a drop of honey. Then I fell asleep...Sheba on my lap. Just woke up.

It is hard when you have had health issues and need sleep so honey is a wonderful thing to use at times.

How lovely that she follows you everywhere, it's almost as if she's saying "I'm not letting you out of my sight in case you disappear again"
