I forgot to set an alarm this morning. Even though I was awake I didn't check the time. So Max got his shot half an hour late. He was crying for food and I ignored him. He ate well.

Updated: I think the higher number is a reaction to the shot being 30 minutes late plus a food spike as Max was really hungry and has eaten quite a bit already.

So nice to see Max doing SO WELL! I've been keeping an eye on his SS despite my absence from posting. Looks like he's going to hold the reduction! :mrgreen: Nice start for the day!

Thanks for visiting Dyana. Jen, so good to hear from you. I've been looking at your ss and in fact looked last night. Eddie is looking wonderful and on such a small amount of insulin!

Combo of food spike and late shot. I don't think its a bounce.

Me, too. Late shot. About 25 minutes. Kept pushing snooze without realizing it. Sure did awake in a panic when I realized how late (5:45 a.m., late?) it was.

Hope you and Max get some relaxation in this weekend. Do your part Mr. Max.

Great minds and all that stuff, Elise. I usually shoot 5:30/5:30. This am, 5:55. Tonight, 5:45. Tomorrow am, back at 5:30.

I think I need to get an alarm with a hammer attached!

I never oversleep IF I set the alarm. The funny thing is I was awake but Max was begging for food and I was thinking it was early and waiting for my alarm that never happened. Turns out Max was the alarm but I ignored him. I never set my phone. :lol:

It doesn't look like the late shot affected Max. Nice numbers today.

Way to hold that reduction!

I know how you feel Elise...after China failed every reduction she earned for so long, when she did earn them, I was always waiting for the numbers to go back up. Always thinking "well, today she'll start going higher"

These last 2 times though, she's held them and is doing great, so hopefully Max will continue to do well! He's looking great so far! :mrgreen:

What a beautiful little green/blue surf for Max, no sign of bouncing either! :mrgreen: Funny you mention oversleeping, that's what I did yesterday ohmygod_smile Unlike you, I can and have overslept my phone alarm by thinking I am hitting snooze :oops:

Thanks for visiting Chris, Laura, and Ruth. I was thinking he might be lower than he was tonight considering it's 15 minutes early. Then again it's odder that he wasn't higher this morning. I hope he didn't just get a fur shot. It felt a little off.

He's lookin' good today...hopefully the juice went in tonight and you'll get a continuation of that nice safe surf!!

If I didn't set my phone alarm, I'd sleep for a week :lol: :lol: Good thing you had your sweet little alarm clock.
