I am still getting low blood sugar numbers of 46. Actually, I tend to get a lower number, but when I recheck with a larger pool of blood I get 46.
I am feeding her canned food with 4% carbs. I mixed some higher carb canned food this morning after a reading of 46 and she got fed 6 hours later (only the 4% carb food). Yet, still her blood sugar was 46 PMPS.
You know, I can’t even think. So, if a can of food has 167 calories and 4% carbs, but I only give her 1/4 of the can for a small meal, is she really getting a full 4% carbs?
