I have to run. Clarky has a vet appointment regarding his "episodes" (could be cardiac...but I dunno). In the meantime, his BG is climbing this week...so his OTJ status seems short-lived...which is actually quite depressing.

I only hope Marilyn doesn't go low while I'm gone.

Dear Ms. Downer,
Please let us know what's going on with Clarky..... if it isn't insulin specific, might be a good idea to toss that out on Health where you may catch some additional eyes that have experience with whatever it is that Clark is dealing with.

Marilyn's numbers may look better, but she feels horrible. She's totally out of it...like dazed and confused. Don't know what to do...other than keep testing...but I am soooo tired.

Clarky survived his car ride...in his carrier full of vomitus...but no heart attack...so that was good. Only took a half a roll of paper towels to clean him up...so that was good too. I was thinking seizures or cardiac. The vet was leaning towards cardiac on the phone. Post exam, she's now leaning towards seizures. I'll know the results of his blood & urine labs on Thursday. I need to try and get my act together, during an "episode", and get it on video for the vet to view.

Other than that, I keep threatening to use a harness and leash for car rides, as opposed to the carrier. He gets so worked-up and car sick. He thinks he's a dog anyway...so the harness/leash might, maybe, possibly, be a good idea. Oh, and the vet seemed impressed by his spanking clean ears...compliments of Giant Rottweiler Tongue. Hey, maybe Clark has a brain tumor, and the Rotty is "surglickly" trying to remove it? Wow, someone should tell Ms. Downer to stop it...'cause that just ain't funny. :lol:

Nice cycle last night for Marilyn :-D I hope she's feeling better. I think I've heard that at first, when they are in numbers that they are not used to, they may feel kind of funny. We're working to get you used to those good numbers, Marilyn.
Hope Clark's latest problem was a one time incident and he feels better, too.
