Another beautiful day in the lagoon!!

And the official weigh in is done.....not great but she did lose 1.8 ounces (which is better than nothing!!!)

This losing weight stuff is terribly slow going! Sure was a lot easier to get her to gain weight than it is to get her to lose it!

Went over to DM's and made sugar cookies this afternoon.....Haven't done that for years and it's something we used to do every Christmas so it was nice to get together and do it this year, especially since she didn't get to go to Branson. I wasn't sure how well the premade sugar cookie dough was going to taste, but they're really pretty darn good!!

Of course the decorating is the most fun part!!

Actually, 1.8 ounces is good! It's certainly better than gaining that amount. It's much healthier for a cat to lose slowly, anyway.

I haven't baked Christmas cookies in ages. All my December is taken up with making candy. One of these days I will do cookies instead (and probably make everyone mad at me).
