Hope Yoyo comes down from this. If he spends another day in yellows, I would ask the experts for dose advice. I think I let Bailey hang out in the yellows too long waiting out the dose, and now she's having trouble getting back down to green. :bighug:
 
I wanted to point out that I can see improvement as I scroll through Yoyo's SS. It may not seem that way because it is a slow process. However, when you started red and lots of pink was showing up. As you scroll down you can see less pink and lots of blue. Sometimes it helps to go back and look at the SS to see the progress being made. This is referred to as a marathon and not a sprint because it takes time to get a cat regulated. You're doing great with Yoyo.

Thank you for taking the time to tell me these things. These are things that I am not aware of and I appreciate you taking the time to go through Yoyo's spread sheet. I started using different syringes, BD, before I was using Ulticare. I am wondering if there is a difference in the .75 dosage that I am giving Yoyo. Just a thought!

I appreciate your input. I wish he would get back into the blues and that Bailey gets back into the greens.

There can be a difference when you switch syringes because the diameter of one syringe may be different than another brand. The dose may be slightly more or slightly less between syringes. You may want to make a note on your SS of when you switched syringes.

Wow.....I really didn't think you were going to say that there is a difference. Now if I can remember, but it is during the time where he is gong into the flat cycles and higher numbers. Probably like around 12/8/18. Should I go back to Ulticare syringes? Do you ever switch brand names? I thought BD was better than Ulticare, I made a BIG mistake in switching brand names!

There is no reason to switch back. One syringe is not necessarily better than another, unless you are fighting air bubbles with a particular syringe. You didn't make a mistake switching syringes. I've switched syringes a couple of times over the years for different reasons. Yoyo will settle into the new syringes. It's just like changing the dose. Just make a note on the SS of when you think you switched.

I did make a note on the SS but I am going to count how many syringes I have used so far and hopefully get a better idea as to when I switched syringes. Again, thank you for being so helpful and so knowledgeable.
 
It might help you to look at entire ss on desktop pc if you don't normally. Its easier to see the color pattern. As mentioned above there are less pinks and more blues, thats progress. I print out a page when its full and it really helps to see the whole picture once in a while.

Thank you! I don't mean to sound ignorant, but when it comes to microsoft I don't know how to use it for spread sheets and printing. When I print the page, I am unable to read it. When I print it out, it is so tiny that I cannot read the numbers in the cells.

That can be tricky you would need to change some settings around.
