Hello Lantus Land

Today was Skippy's first day on Levemir switching from Lantus. What a difference. I hope it continues this way (no ginxing :smile: ).

AMPS 272 +2~252, +4~183, +5~133, +7~69, +10~87, PMPS 124

He was getting 3.1 units of Lantus and then now he is on 2.0 units of Levemir.

He has all his P in place.
