Yesterday

Hi L&LL,

We spent the day traveling to Cornwall Ontario to buy Rusty's Lev. No problems at the border. Today was a good day to go, because the rest of the week is going to be very snowy. On the way home we stopped at an art gallery in Potsdam to see a show of one of our friends. We wound up buying a neat painting. The artist is donating all proceeds to a local charity.

Rusty held the fort, but ate hardly any of the food we put out for him. I guess he was saving it in case we didn't return. He has done this quite often, but usually eats more than he did today. In any event, I think he'll have a vetty visit this week: his sinuses are still bothering him (just when I think he's better, they get worse again).

Tired this evening, so I'm going to veg out for a while and watch TV while I hold Rusty's dinner bowl. bbl,

How far is Ontario for you? Do you drive there? Might try that some time, but I'd have to get my passport renewed, I think.

We live close to the Quebec border and not too much further from the Ontario border. Since we wanted to go to see the art exhibition in Potsdam NY , we chose Cornwall--about a 2-hour drive. Yes, you need your passport (or an enhanced drivers' license).
