Hi Chris and Julie. Thanks for asking about my mom. We think she has another UTI. 
As for the car, no luck. I'm giving it to the service guy at the dealer on Tuesday to see if he can work some magic. He's such a nice guy he's even giving me a loaner.
Max is being a good boy.
