We tested, fed and gave injection in the dark this morning. That was not great to say the least. I had a candle, a lantern and my cell phone flash light and it was still hard to see 5.25 units believe it or not. Our electricity went out last night during a storm so I woke up in the dark this morning. Max is starting the phosphorus binder today. He ate well but I didn’t bother trying to measure out the binder yet, so we will try that at his snack time when I can see better. Lights are back on so coffee for me and then we will get on with the day. Busy week, getting ready for the kids this weekend, then Max’s IM visit next Monday. Poor Max. I’m looking forward to it but it sounds like a stressful few days coming up for the little guy. He will get extra cuddles soon enough though.:cat: Happy Monday.

Hi Lori, sorry to hear that your day started off in the dark. That is never fun. Sounds like you handled it beautifully despite all the difficulties. Good luck with the binder. I hope it makes a difference for Max and makes him feel better.
So far he’s having a nice cycle and looks good.
It’s exciting to hear that your family is coming. I know you’re looking forward to that. That should be so nice for you. Wishing you a safe and happy day :bighug::bighug::bighug:
