Morning everyone -
Well, it's good to finally know what's going on with the girl. And I'm glad it's something we may be able to overcome!
She had been dropping down into some nice lower blues for a bit, but we're back up to high yellows and pinks, so her dose went up by 0.5U last night to 9.5. She's pretty happy this morning, but very hungry. The appetite has shot up along with her numbers, so I need to get back to leaving her a lot of food. I saw 4 Ps yesterday, and I've seen 3 so far today. The one elusive one has not made an appearance for a couple of days now. The pumpkin I add to her food had been taking care of that, but I added some miralax last night and this morning. We'll see if it works its magic! It's also possible she found somewhere in the basement to leave that present for me. For some reason she loves to do that. I I had been blocking the stairs so she couldn't get past the second step, but I moved my blockade when I was doing laundry the other day and realized this morning I hadn't put it back up, so I don't really know for sure. She doesn't seem to feel bad, so maybe that's what's happened.
Anyway, I hope everyone has a great Saturday....I'm ALMOST done with my Christmas shopping. Just one more present I think - woo hoo! Now to finish wrapping and shipping it all and get started with the baking!
