We're HOME!!....and very very tired!!

China did fine on the drive home, but towards the last half of the drive, she was getting a little antsy....but still was as good as a kitty could be....came up and spent a little time sitting on Grandmabean's lap between naps on the back seat but we heard a little more "chatter" from her towards the end of the drive.

I think she was probably hungry since she didn't get much for breakfast and only a tiny snack at +3...and by +4.5 we were on our way out of Branson...Was a little surprised when we stopped for some lunch and she was only 91...but looks like the stress finally got to her since she's yellow tonight. I offered her some of my roast beef sandwich but she just sniffed it.

Now we just have to get back into the routine of home....the civvies are happy to see me...not so happy about China being home and China's not particularly happy about being "one of the group" again, but they'll get over it

Still have a lot of stuff to clean out of the car, but got the important stuff in and am just going to take it easy for now and hope the swelling in my ankles comes down now that I'm not sitting/driving so much.

I will still never understand how you leave with X amount of stuff, and you come home with 3X !!!

I think unless she pulls some surprise on me in the morning at AMPS, I'll probably take her back up to 1.75 since that's where she would have been if not for the travel and her appetite being down while we were gone

She didn't really "earn" that reduction down to 1.5 yet...of course she could throw my a surprise number at AMPS and I might just hold her at 1.5 too!

Wow! Just got caught up on your trip. Looks like China handled it beautifully, which I'm sure made it more enjoyable for you. She just had to throw in a couple of 40s to make sure you were paying attention!

I hope you are getting a good night's sleep and that you'll feel more like normal in the morning. China, why don't you show Mama that this dose is just fine for you?
