Snowing here this morning, but no real accumulation yet. How is it down by you?

How do you do this, Checkers!! It must be the new pen started yesterday morning. The dose has been the same for many cycles...skinny 0.5.
Those numbers were taken within seconds...two different drops of blood.
Not much difference at high numbers, but scary at low.

And yes Ella, this does mess with my plans. I too, need to get my hair done, among other things in town.
It's snowing here too. Just enough to look pretty, and bring in the birds to the feeders.

Your snow sounds wonderful... I hope you didn't need to get anywhere. oh - just read that you do... maybe its still OK on the roads?

Wow Barb, I was just checking in on Checkers, and he's sure keeping you busy I see. Gorgeous surf. As I remember, he's on Lev, right, so his Nadir should be coming around the corner! Lots of kitties in the Green Lagoon.

Phooey, I dragged Checkers out of the lagoon too soon with all the gravy snacks. He would have come out on his own,soon.

Ann reminded me what I forgot...his nadir was coming up, and he would have started climbing without my help. :YMSIGH:

I really need help learning to curb my instinct to feed him, when it's inappropriate.

Hi Barb, I think it can be hard to tell with the food as you never know how much they might keep dropping. Look at Leo yesterday and what a time Lisa had with his numbers. You did good. :-D I overfed Mags, too, as I always leave her some food when I'm gone. :lol:

Thanks Ann. I'm feeling like a failure today. I had all those good numbers all day and aborted it with food, the way I always do.
In hindsight, I don't know why I gave gravy at +5. . I should have stopped the carbs when he rose to 58.
Tonight's pmps is hideous.
I put a note on the fridge as a reminder for next time.

WOW :o :shock: on Checkers today. He does like to be a little dramatic doesn't he?

And don't beat yourself up Barb, you are a great bean! If I'd seen a 30 I'm sure I would have been dishing out the gravy by the tablespoon. Checkers will recover, and you get to rest easy tonight.
