I went low with the dose today. I have all-day seminars today and tomorrow so dh is home alone with the baby and the kitties. I didn't want to make it any harder on him than I had to.

The seminars are a doula certification course. Today was great! I'm looking forward to tomorrow. I sure missed my dd. I've never been away from her for so long (today was 11 hours!)
